The privately owned Oxon Hoath Estate is just 20 minutes from the M25 but a million miles from being a ‘standard corporate hotel’. Set in 73 acres of its own private grounds this historical, character venue offers a genuinely unique setting for meetings, conferences, training and team building days that your staff won’t forget!
Many companies like to hire Oxon Hoath exclusively to make it their home for the day and to take full advantage of the rare tranquillity and the relaxed efficiency of the staff. The atmosphere has been described as ‘grand but homely’, ‘lived in’ and ‘very genuine’.
Four beautiful meeting rooms are available including the quintessentially English wood-panelled Library (8.5m x 8.2m) and the elegant and highly functional Conference Room (10.2m x 6.8m). There is plenty of scope for additional ‘breakout’ or ‘syndicate’ rooms. All rooms have controllable heating, plenty of natural daylight and free wi-fi.
Most of the 28 bedrooms retain their original mansion proportions and enjoy spectacular views. A full range of catering is available from a splendid formal four course dinner to a simple soup and sandwich lunch or buffet. All our food is freshly prepared on the premises and menus can be tailored to your group’s preferences.
As well as operating as a conference centre Oxon Hoath also offers relaxation breaks and exclusive retreats at weekends. Elements of these can be combined into your event and the venue can arrange expert stress management and team building programmes as well as on-site massage and yoga or relaxation classes.
Standard conference facilities include:-
TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi, ‘8 hour’ conference chairs, Flipcharts, Office Support Services. A computer projector can be hired on request at low cost.
