PILATES WEEKEND RETREAT Come and join us for a peaceful and relaxing weekend immersed in pilates, yoga, meditation and other holistic therapies designed to leave you refreshed and in harmony with your body. Julie Van Leer and Suzanne Wooder host this weekend and have over 20 years experience between them teaching Body Control Pilates superb work. Pilates is an incredible body conditioning method that works in a different way to other fitness techniques – targeting the deep postural muscles, it works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. Classes will be available to suit both those new to the practice and those who are already Pilates enthusiasts. Expect to learn something new about your body with these two experienced teachers and take an opportunity to relax and unwind at this beautiful venue.
